A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Points of intimidation;
A. On January 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) sent a cell phone of the victim D (nive, 58 years of age) within the Defendant’s residence located in the north-gu north-gu at the port on January 3, 2016, the Defendant: (b) sent the phone to the victim for telephone; and (c) sent the victim the phone to the victim “I will leave the door to the house of the width on the face of the breath; (d) I wish to leave the 810 vehicle at the south-gu port; and (e) on the same day, I agreed the victim of the said port complex parking lot at around 22:30 of the same day, “I will leave the door to the house of the breath, if I wish to leave, I will leave the box; and (e) I will leave the box to the police box.”
B. On January 4, 2016, the Defendant, immediately after committing the crime of the above paragraph 1, went to the F box located in the north-gu E at the port immediately after the Defendant committed the crime of the above paragraph 1, and heard from the police officer in charge to return home from the above F box. On January 4, 2016, at around 00:00, the Defendant sent the victim’s cell phone from the victim’s cell phone returned back to the Defendant’s house, first of all, before the Defendant’s police box, to go to the victim’s cell phone located in the vicinity of the above F box, and found the victim’s house “I will go to go to the head of the width. I will go to go to the police box, and go to the police box.” The victim’s house should be called “I will go to go to the victim’s house in front of the victim’s house.”
2. After committing the crime of paragraph 1(b) above, the Defendant sought the victim’s residence in North Korea-gu I on January 4, 2016.
Accordingly, in order to prevent the victim from entering the victim's house, the victim's owner and the defendant have a picture that he/she suffered from the victim.
