Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants, along with the victim E and the victim F, conspiredd to share money in a remote way by hiding the victim's future card under the bridge and changing the card if necessary.

1. On September 16, 2017, in accordance with the aforementioned conspiracy, the Defendants: (a) at the H office located in the G Trading Complex in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si on September 16, 2017; (b) received the first four card using 52 card; and (c) took money in the order of the order; and (d) finally, at the end, a person with a card with a low number of different pattern and low number among the remaining cards was seated with the victim F in the manner that he/she would bring about a gold by taking advantage of one another; and (c) by deceiving the victim by means of changing the card when it is necessary, the Defendants received KRW 3,000,000 from the injured party and received the money from the injured party.
