Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for perjury at the Busan District Court on February 15, 2016 and was sentenced to two years of suspended execution on February 23, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 23, 2016, and is currently under suspended execution.
[Criminal facts]
1. On November 9, 2016, from around 21:00 to 24:00, Defendants A, B, and C ambling in a manner that: (a) he received the first four copies of the card using 52 card with the victim’s home from the victim F; and (b) exchanged the card three times in order; and (c) finally, Defendant A, B, and C ambling in a manner that a person with a card with a low number of different non-satis and low number among the remaining cards would bring about a gold by winning the card.
However, in fact, the Defendants engaged in gambling by using gambling techniques, such as a prompt term “steve” and “steves” that mean the hand-on technology that arbitrarily alters the card, and a prompt term “steves” that combines the entire card to return to the prescribed order, and making the card go back, and making the Defendants stebling money in accordance with the pre-determined receipt, or abandoning games.

2.
