Punishment of the crime

1. On April 26, 2013, from around 23:10 to April 23:40, 2013, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) at the waiting room for a bus terminal located in the Jin-si-si-dong from around 23:10 to around 23:40 on April 26, 2013, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (b) purchased a bus ticket to the victim C (the age of 41) who is an employee of the ticket office at that place, and intended to exchange the seat number No. 1 with the seat number No. 3 when purchasing the Seoul bus ticket at that place; (c) thereby, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s business by force by force, such as: (d) the victim cannot exchange with the promised seat number No. 3.3.
