The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On June 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) on the ground that at around 20:28, the victim D, who took a meeting of the reconstruction association at the office of the Creging Association located in Gwangjin-si B, was unable to make a statement to the Defendant; (b) on the ground that 30 or more members, including partnership members, association members, etc. present at the Dong Office, are heard, the Defendant cannot make

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention: Articles 312 (1) and 311 of the Criminal Act;

B. On November 5, 2015, after the instant indictment, the victim expressed his/her intention not to punish.

(c) Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act: It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds of dismissal of prosecution or higher.
