Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on May 18, 2007, issued a summary order of KRW 500,000,000 to a fine of KRW 1335 to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the source of water source method on May 18, 2007, and on March 24, 2010, the Seoul Southern District Court issued a summary order of KRW 2 million to a fine of KRW 2 million for the same crime on at least two occasions.

On June 11, 2018, the Defendant driven a Ck5 vehicle up to 34-way of 692, as it was under the influence of alcohol content 0.153% during blood transfusion, on the 11st day of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 692, as it was under the influence of alcohol content 0.153%.

The defendant of "2018 High 1496" is the person whose driver's license is revoked on July 24, 2018.

On July 31, 2018, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven CK5 vehicles from approximately 2 km to D, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 245, on the 12-lane 2km road from Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
