Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[2017 High 486] The Defendant is a holder of Cenz S350 automobile.

1. On September 26, 2016, around 10:30 on September 26, 2016, the Defendant operated the said car that did not purchase mandatory insurance from the subscar of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Saridong to the 256-ro 256-gil, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

2. On October 4, 2016, around 12:30 on October 4, 2016, the Defendant operated the said car without mandatory insurance from the French land (hereinafter referred to as the “Seoul Metropolitan Government Sail-dong”) to the 660 Simpo-si (hereinafter referred to as the “Sail-si”).

1. A transferee of an automobile registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall file an application for registration of transfer with the Mayor/Do Governor as prescribed by Presidential Decree;

Since the Defendant purchased Cenz S350,000 won from D around December 28, 2015, a vehicle ownership transfer registration shall be applied to the relevant Mayor/Do Governor within 15 days from the date of purchase, as the Defendant purchased Cenz S350,000 won.

Nevertheless, without good cause, the Defendant did not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership by June 22, 2016.

2. On June 22, 2016, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act: (a) operated a passenger car cenz S350 car cenz that did not purchase mandatory insurance from the 1069 Dried Scenz distance as the Gyeong-gu Scenp, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
