"2018 High 1292"

1. The Defendant is a person engaged in agriculture in violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On December 13, 2016, at around 15:00, the Defendant driven a Bchip XG car, and instead neglected the driver’s duty to drive safety, etc. in the direction of the water source in the south of Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, the Defendant shocked the left-hand side of the victim C driver’s C driver’s driving in accordance with two-lanes of the same direction to the right side of the Defendant’s vehicle.

Ultimately, the above occupational and practical damages amounting to KRW 820,000 for the estimation of the repair cost of damaged vehicles.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) drive a car from approximately 1 km section from the front of the residents' center in the Dongdo-gu, Suwon-gu, Seoul, to the front of the road in the Suchi-gu, J. 1, on the same date as the above paragraph 1, without a driver's license, on the part of approximately 1 km from the front of the residents' center in the Suchi-gu to the front road.

On May 1, 2017, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a G-owned Lone Star or passenger car from the front road of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 15:05 to the front road of the 735-gil, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 235-ro, Suwon-si, Seoul-si, to the front road of approximately 2km.
