Punishment of the crime

The fuel cost subsidy is a system that provides the driver of a commercial truck using light oil as fuel to subsidize part of the monthly fuel cost to the operator of the commercial truck, the transit oil is paid to the local government by using the freight driver's welfare card registered with the vehicle number, and the monthly subsidy is paid to the card company by the local government. Thus, the freight driver's welfare card must be paid only when light oil is paid as fuel for the vehicle.

2. Defendant B is the actual borrower of the freight vehicle I and J, and is a person who enters and operates two of the said freight vehicle into H.

On August 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) on the front side of a new reservoir located in the Jin-Eup, Jin-si, Jin-si at Min-si at Min-si at Min-si at Min-si at Min-si.
