Punishment of the crime

The fuel cost subsidy is a system that provides the driver of a commercial truck using light oil as fuel to subsidize part of the monthly fuel cost to the operator of the commercial truck, the transit oil is paid to the local government by using the freight driver's welfare card registered with the vehicle number, and the monthly subsidy is paid to the card company by the local government. Thus, the freight driver's welfare card must be paid only when light oil is paid as fuel for the vehicle.

Nevertheless, even though the Defendants, the owner of a commercial vehicle, had been able to receive a subsidy by paying the oil price using the above cargo driver's welfare card, the Defendants, as the owner of the commercial vehicle, were able to pay the oil price.

1. Defendant A is the actual borrower of F and G cargo vehicles, and is a person who enters and operates two above cargo vehicles into H.

On July 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) on the street of a new reservoir located in the Jindo-Eup Si, Jinsan-si, Jinsan-si; (b) on July 14:45, 2013, as if he/she had paid an amount equivalent to KRW 189,00,00,000 to FF freight vehicles, and had paid via transit; and (c) on July 3, 2013, he/she had paid an amount equivalent to KRW 189,00 to FF freight driver’s welfare card (new card) under the Defendant’s name; and (d) obtained financial benefits equivalent to KRW 39,965, as a subsidy, as well as acquired financial benefits equivalent to KRW 39,965, as a subsidy, until March 18, 2015 / [5] attached list of crimes committed by the victim local governments / [5] as above, by deceiving the person in charge of subsidies by the victim’s local government, thereby acquiring financial benefits as a total amount of subsidies.

2. Defendant B is the actual borrower of the freight vehicle I and J, and is a person who enters and operates two of the said freight vehicle into H.

On August 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) on the front side of a new reservoir located in the Jin-Eup, Jin-si, Jin-si at Min-si at Min-si at Min-si at Min-si at Min-si.
