Punishment of the crime

Defendant and C had sold petroleum under the trade name of “F gas station” in the Gyeongglbuk-gun E.

Persons and G actually operated “I gas station” in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu from May 9, 2012 to March 31, 2015. From April 1, 2015 to April 1, 2015, it is a person who sells petroleum under the trade name “K gas station.”
