Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a petroleum retailer or cargo borrower who operates the H station in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City (the nominal owner: I) and Defendant B is an employee of the division in charge of the overall affairs of the H station.
The Defendants filed an application for a subsidy to pay a truck as if the truck had been paid through the process of manipulating transaction details by using a subsidy welfare card from the truckers who was milked in the above gas station. The truck owners conspired with the truckers to receive the subsidy by either receiving the request from the Defendants or paying the subsidy by their own way.
1. Defendant A, Defendant B, following the above public offering, around January 18:34, 2012, the Defendants at the above H oil station: (a) even though Defendant A’s oil did not have a limited liability on the cargo vehicle (J) entitled to subsidies, Defendant A paid the oil to the Incheon Seo-gu Office, Incheon, by paying the oil of Defendant A via the said cargo vehicle with a subsidy welfare card as if Defendant A had a limited liability.
As such, the Defendants, as well as the Defendants’ receipt of a subsidy of 102,200 won (295.7liter x 345.54 won/liter x 345.54 won/liter) from the injured party, appears to have written the part as “K gas station” as “H gas station” from that to April 3, 2015.
As described in the above, the defendant's vehicle created only the transaction details of the subsidy welfare card without actual oil transaction, and received the oil-related subsidy (No. 140 to 294 annually, and the subsidy 15,562,904, which shall be obtained by deceptiveation of 155 times) with the cargo owner, who traded gasoline not receiving the subsidy, and who traded gasoline with the cargo owner, thereby manipulating the transaction details as if he traded it, and thereby deceiving the Gu Office of Incheon among the victims.
