Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is an intermediary assistant.

No person, other than a practicing licensed real estate agent, shall indicate or advertise any object of brokerage in order to run brokerage business.

Nevertheless, around March 2016, the Defendant attached a banner for brokerage and advertisement of the object of brokerage to the Daegu Suwon-gu B commercial building.
