Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 500,000.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant
B is a licensed real estate agent operating the E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office in Gangnam-si D 1(a), F (Disposition of Suspension of Prosecution on the same day) and Defendant A works as an assistant of the E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office.
1. Although Defendant A’s non-certified real estate agent is prohibited from indicating or advertising the object of brokerage, Defendant A indicated the trade name in Internet address G from July 23, 2014 to July 25, 2014 as “H” and indicated the name and telephone number of the Defendant, and then displayed and advertised all four brokerage items, including the Defendant’s own house in Gangseo-si, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, J’s own house in Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, and K’s own house in Gangnam-si, Gangwon-si.
2. Defendant B is a practicing licensed real estate agent running the above E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office.
A. Defendant A, a brokerage assistant belonging to the above E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office, committed an offense by labeling and advertising the object of brokerage as described in the above paragraph (1);
B. On September 13, 2014, F, a brokerage assistant belonging to the above E Licensed Real Estate Agents’ Office, indicated the name and telephone number of F as “E real estate” on the website called “E”)’s Internet address L, and indicated the name and telephone number of F, and indicated and advertised all three of the three of the instant online brokerage items, including the Gangseo-si, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, and Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si’s Housing.
