Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, as the representative of “Eel” located in D when light-burging, was an employer who runs a lodging business using three regular workers. A.

The Defendant, even from November 11, 2012 to August 20, 2013, did not pay KRW 4,573,332 of wages, and did not pay within 14 days from the retirement date, without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the period.

B. The Defendant, even from September 26, 2012 to August 25, 2013, did not pay KRW 2,529,030 of the wages to the said workplace while having hired G from around September 26, 2012 to work at the said workplace, and did not pay the wages within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension
