The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

The Defendant is the representative director of the C Co., Ltd. located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, who is an employer who runs the manufacturing business with 28 full-time workers employed.

1. The Defendant, from June 15, 2009 to November 18, 2012, employed D and had D work at the pertinent workplace, and did not pay KRW 5,924,981 of retirement pay within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties to the extension of the due date.

2. The Defendant, from January 20, 2010 to September 28, 2012, did not pay KRW 5,303,818 of retirement pay to E within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties to the extension of the payment deadline.

3. The Defendant, from October 17, 2005 to May 31, 2012, did not pay retirement allowance of KRW 7,443,059 within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties to the extension of the payment date, while having the Defendant employed and work F at the pertinent workplace.

4. From May 2, 2011 to September 15, 2012, the Defendant employed G and had the said workplace work at G, and did not pay KRW 2,533,073 of retirement pay within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties to the extension of the payment due date.

5. From September 1, 2006 to April 7, 2012, the Defendant had the said workplace employ and work H, and did not pay KRW 9,557,820 of retirement pay within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties to the extension of the payment due date.

6. From July 1, 2008 to September 28, 2012, the Defendant employed I and had I work at the pertinent workplace, and did not pay KRW 3,798,736 of retirement pay within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties to the extension of the payment due date.

7. From September 27, 201 to September 28, 2012, the Defendant employed and had his/herJ work at the pertinent workplace, and did not pay KRW 841,249 of retirement allowances within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties to the extension of the payment due date.
