1. All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

Purport of claim and appeal

Reasons
1. The reasons for the court's explanation concerning this case are as follows: "The results of each fact-finding to the court of the first instance and the head of the wife at the time of the acceptance of the first instance court's decision" and "the purport of the entire pleadings" are added to "the results of each fact-finding to the court of the first instance and the head of the wife at the time of the acceptance of the first instance court's decision" and, in the fourth and nine articles 8 and 9, "in order to divide the land of this case in kind, a survey must be based on the premise of the survey to divide the land of this case in kind." The added portion provides that “The instant land shall obtain permission for development activities in order to divide the land into a planning and management area within a specific-use area pursuant to Article 56 of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act and Article 51 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, and Article 24 of the Urban Planning Ordinance at Chicago-si provides that “if the land is subdivided without obtaining any permission or authorization, etc. under the relevant Acts and subordinate statutes within a green belt area, the size of the division-restricted area shall be at least 200 square meters.” Of the Defendants, some of the Defendants (Defendant F, H, L, stock company C&A) owns less than 20/8430 square meters of the above land area (840 square meters) and it is unclear whether the permission for development activities for division of the above land
3. The plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the defendants' appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
