A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a land developer, and C, D, and E are those who have requested land development to A.

Anyone shall obtain permission from the competent authority to change any matter permitted for development activities.

Nevertheless, the Defendant cut the entry area from May 2, 2014 to November 14, 2014, with C, D, and E, and obtained permission for changing the form and quality of earth and sand equivalent to 14,879.2 cubic meters from May 2, 2014 to November 14, 2014, and removed soil and sand equivalent to 10,795.2 cubic meters from the area of land located in the 11,796 square meters in the 11,79 square meters in the 7,796 square meters in the land located in Jeollabuk-do, Chungcheongnam-do, which is a planned and managed special use area, from the land owner, and laid off the entry area from 6,069.22 square meters in the 10,000 cubic meters in the 11,457.2 square meters in the 10,084 cubic meters in the area of the land.

Accordingly, the Defendant conducted development activities in collusion with C, D, and E without obtaining permission for change.
