A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2018 Highest 1945"
1. On October 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 04:28 to 06:15, at the DPC room in the operation of the Victim C located in Hanam-si, the Defendant: (b) opened a credit cooperative located in the store for the victim by using the key in the said PC racker; (c) continued to hold the said PC racker and use the PC racker’s cash located in the store for the victim; and (d) continuously, up to KRW 500,000 in cash located therein; and (e) used the PC rack racker’s cash located therein for the victim’s personal purpose, such as living expenses, etc. at the river located in the PC racker; and (e) used the 1 million won in cash located therein.
2. On October 5, 2017, at around 06:11 to 06:39, the Defendant: (a) opened a credit cooperative in a knife in which the said knife E is cleaned; and (b) took out cash in the said E; (c) was discovered to the said E, the Defendant, while making a false statement that “The Defendant knifeed with the head of the store and the head of the tea, 40,000 won in cash owned by the victim C, was stolen.”
“Around 02:35 April 27, 2017, the Defendant heard from H’s 3rd floor of the building located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “GPC bank,” that he was unable to take the place in the PC No. 34, while he was unable to take the place in the above PC No. 34. The Defendant heard from H’s 42,00 won in cash owned by the victim on the PC No. 34, the above PC bank, one resident registration certificate, five credit cards, and one transportation card card, and one half of 20,000 won in the market value, and the 1,200,000,000 won in the market value, and the 1,200,000,000 won in the 1,20,000,000 won in the market value, and 30,000,000 won in the market value, and 30,000,00.
Accordingly, the Defendant, together with H, stolen the victim’s property as above.
Anyone of the "2018 Highest 2539" shall be specially provided for in other Acts.
