Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On April 20, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Gwangju District Court’s Macheon Branch, and five months of imprisonment with prison labor in the Gwangju District Court on June 1, 2016, and completed the execution of each of the above punishment in the Gwangju Prison on July 24, 2016.

1. Occupational embezzlement and theft against victims B;

A. From July 2018, the Defendant came to work as an employee from the victim B’s room located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu, as an employee.

At around 02:00 on July 9, 2019, the Defendant embezzled KRW 500,000 in cash, which was the victim’s possession of the above PC, using the said cash for the purpose of living expenses, etc., with the mind of mind, while keeping it in business.

B. The Defendant: (a) removed the floor of the prepaid device, which was corrected in the carcter immediately after the theft of cash in the carcter’s credit cooperative at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph; (b) opened the floor; and (c) stolen KRW 1.5 million in cash owned by the victim.

On July 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 06:26, from the GPC room in the management of the victim FF on the first floor in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu E-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) opened a carcter safe where the victim did not correct the locked gap; and (c) stolen the victim’s cash, by taking out KRW 170,000,000, while entering the game.

In addition, from that time until November 18, 2019, the Defendant stolen property worth KRW 10,225,000, total market value from the victims over 15 times, as shown in the annexed crime list, from the victims, from November 18, 2019.

3. On August 23, 2019, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) an employee, while entering a PC room in the operation of the victim I located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si and in the second floor, entered the room to be a customer; (b) had an employee, who was in the PC room to commit a theft of other cash crepits; and (c) has returned to his/her safe.
