Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 2314] On April 17, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for six months with prison labor for larceny at the Seoul Eastern District Court on April 25, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 25, 2014. On July 8, 2014, the suspended sentence was revoked, and the decision of revocation became final and conclusive on August 1, 2014.

On June 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 06:30 on Jun. 3, 2014, at the “E” bank operated by the victim D in the second floor of the 2nd floor of the Ansan-si C building, F, an employee of the Defendant opened a credit cooperative in the knife with the knifer between the knife and took 50,000 won in cash owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property.

[2014 Highest 2710] On June 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a credit cooperative in the PC operated by the victim H of the second floor G G in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) on June 22, 2014, J, an employee of his/her PC, with a credit cooperative in the PC, and took 500,000 won in cash owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property.

[2014 Highest 2876] On May 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a credit cooperative in which the victim employees M, who were the victims, was in the first floor of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K Building, with the knife between the knife and the knife; (b) taken 600,000 won in cash managed by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property.
