Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant is a person operating livestock pens B and C in the Jeonbuk-gun Group B and C, he/she stored the retirement expenses produced by raising Korea on June 30, 2015 in the compost storage room before the final disposal, he/she was found to have been exposed to violation of the standards for the management of livestock excreta discharge and disposal facilities, but failed to comply with the improvement order by September 30, 2015 (the date of September 30, 2015).
