Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one million won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a person who operates livestock pens outside B, and one parcel outside of B, operated on November 27, 2012, and acquired a report on the installation of a livestock excreta-generating facility (2 Dong, compost 2, compost 252 square meters, and 120 square meters in a storage facility) on April 21, 2005, by reporting the alteration thereof on the installation of a livestock excreta-generating facility (20 square meters in a stable, compost 2, compost 252 square meters in a storage facility).
