1. Violation of the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts;

From the beginning of February 2014 to the beginning of June 16, 2014, Defendant A and one person I employed Defendant A as female employees engaging in sexual traffic, with the trade name of “K,” while installing eight guest rooms, shower rooms, and waiting rooms for female employees in approximately 50 square spaces located in the first floor of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul High Court in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, and operating a sexual traffic business establishment.

그리고 피고인 A은 인터넷 사이트 “야탑”, “섹밤” 등에 게시한 위 업소의 광고글을 보고 업소를 찾아온 손님들로부터 성매매대금 명목으로 65,000원에서 80,000원을 받고 각 방으로 안내한 후 여종업원 L, M, N 등으로 하여금 손님의 성기를 손으로 감싸 쥐고 위아래로 흔드는 방법으로 유사성교행위를 하게 하였다.

B. Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant A, one of the co-principals of the Defendant A, and one-person I, have six guest rooms, shower rooms, and the waiting room for female employees in approximately 23 square meters away from the beginning of June 2014 to June 16, 2014 when the place of business listed in the paragraph (a) “K” became difficult due to joint control by the police station and administrative agencies, including the Gu office, and employed Defendant B as female employees, respectively, with approximately 1km away from the above place of business to June 16, 2014.
