1. Defendant A is a person who operates a commercial sex business establishment by having a crinter, a 14-commercial sex acts, a shower room, a staff waiting room, a female employee waiting room, etc., with the trade name of approximately 80 square meters from H 1st of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H underground, and having more than 10 employees in a crinter management B, E, and a female employee.
