A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year.
However, as to Defendant B, this shall not apply.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2013Kadan838] Defendant A is a person who operates a commercial sex business establishment with the trade name “K” in the Dong-gu Daejeon-guJ, Daejeon, and Defendant B is a blind massage who is responsible for the business of the said establishment.
On August 20, 2012, the Defendants arranged sexual traffic by having female employees M, N, etc. find the place from K to the above temporary date from May 25, 2012 to the point of view, by having them receive 180,000 won under the pretext of sexual traffic from L who is a male guest who had found the place, and by having Ma, an employee, engage in a similar act by having them find the place from the above business place to the above temporary date.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to commit acts such as arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.

1. Defendants A’ co-principal is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name “K” in the building located in the Dong-gu Daejeon-gu Daejeon-guJ, and Defendant B is a senior massage club who lends the business name of the said establishment and manages the business of the said establishment.
From Sep. 2, 2012 to Jan. 9, 2013, Defendants: (a) provided eight massage rooms in the fourth-seventh floor of the building in question; (b) provided four wedding rooms; (c) female employees’ waiting rooms, and male customers’ rest rooms in the above building; (d) operated the above business establishment by employing female employees’ N,O, etc.; (e) provided the payment for commercial sex acts of KRW 180,000 in cash from many unspecified male customers who found the place to receive commercial sex acts of KRW 180,000, and (e) provided male customers with a massage in the massage room; and (e) provided them with guidance at the same time so that female employees may engage in similar intercourse by having female employees take advantage of the body of male customers, or have female customers provide sexual intercourse with male customers.
