A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Compulsory indecent acts;

A. On November 22, 2017, around 22:30, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim C, committed an indecent act by force, on the part of the victim C (the remaining and the aged 36) who was a guest in the EPC located in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, with his/her hand over three times, by committing an indecent act.

B. 2. Around November 22, 2017, the Defendant who interfered with his/her business was in charge of the Victim L, located in Busan Metropolitan Government Doo-gu.

Under the influence of alcohol in the EPC room, the victim is forced to commit an indecent act by force against the victim C as described in the above paragraph 1(a), using his or her nameless male customers' sexual organ loss, etc., the male male guest with his or her name unrest is limited to his or her hand, and his or her disturbance is changed due to interfering with the use of the PC by his or her name unreplaced side customers.
