Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor in Seoul Northern District Court and appealed, but all appeals were dismissed, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on October 23, 2015.
1. On February 15, 2015, around 09:20 on February 15, 2015, the Defendant acquired the Victim C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’s C’.
The Defendant, as seen above, did not follow the procedure of returning the card owned by the victim to the victim, and embezzled the property that escaped from the possession of the victim.
2. No person who violates the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, or who fraud may use any credit card, such as a physical card lost by another person;
Nevertheless, around 09:24 on February 15, 2015, the Defendant purchased one bank's liquid card in the name of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, by using the Frante in the name of c as described in the above paragraph (1) as if he had legitimate right to use it, and by deceiving employees in the name of 4,500 won in the name of c, and by deceiving employees in the name of 4,500 won in the market. On the same day, around 09:26 on the same day, the Defendant purchased 7 appliances in the 31,500 won in the market price of 31,500 won in the H convenience store in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and around 09:33 on the same day, the Defendant purchased 10 locks in the name of C using as if he had legitimate right to use the C bank's physical card as stated in the above paragraph (1).
As a result, the defendant purchased approximately KRW 81,000 tobacco equivalent to KRW 81,00 for three times, using the above victim's check card, and deceiving convenience store employees, thereby deceiving the victim's financial profit equivalent to the card price from one bank.
