Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 29, 2016, the Defendant, on the 21:00 on May 29, 2016, acquired a copy of the corporate bank card in the name of E lost by the victim E, and did not follow necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired body card to the victim.

2. Violation of the Act on specialized credit finance business;

A. On May 31, 2016, at around 17:39, the Defendant purchased tobacco equivalent to the total market value of KRW 12,300 from the 1st floor G convenience store of the F Building in Guro-gu Seoul, Seoul at the first floor, and took place twice as if he/she had the right to use the physical card under the above E, such as the above paragraph (1), and had the seller prepare a sales slip equivalent to the above amount and use the physical card unlawfully.

B. On June 1, 2016, around 14:20 on June 1, 2016, the Defendant issued an order for food equivalent to the total market value of KRW 13,000 from “I cafeteria” located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, and carried out as if he/she had the right to use the above E E’s physical card, and presented it to the seller, thereby denying the use of the e’s physical card.

On June 1, 2016, around 14:42, the Defendant issued an order for food equivalent to KRW 13,00,00 in total market value at K’s house located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and was engaged in as if he/she had the right to use the above E’s physical card as stated in paragraph 1 of the above, and had the seller present it to the seller, thereby denying the use of the check card.

(d)

The Defendant purchased from “M” convenience stores located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L on June 1, 2016 at around 14:49, a total amount of KRW 8,200 tobacco equivalent to the market value of KRW 20,00, while running as if he/she had the right to use the above E’s cream card, such as the foregoing paragraph (1).
