Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 27, 2016, the Defendant embezzled, on the road of the studio building in which the name of the YY-gu, Gwangju is unknown, the victim C lost, without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring a copy of the studio card lost by the victim C, and returning it to the victim.

2. The Defendant did not have a legitimate title to use the check card in the name of one bank under C as set out in the above paragraph 1, with respect to the violation of the laws specializing in fraud and credit finance.

A. On April 27, 2016, around 21:12, 2016, the victim presented to the victim the physical fitness card specified in the above paragraph 1 to the victim in Franchise of the victim E’s operation in Gwangju Northern-gu, and the victim was issued to the victim, who was suffering from the victim at KRW 9,380 of the market price of the victim’s ownership, KRW 2 bottle C, the head of the front bridge, KRW 1 string, and the number of 1 string each time;

(c) at around 21:52 on the same day, the injured party presented the cream card as described in the above paragraph 1 to the injured party from the end of the operation of the Victim K in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju-gu, and then the injured party received delivery from the injured party of a siren 54,600 won at the market price of 54,600 won, 2 Byung, leaf 1 A, etc.

D. At around 21:59 on the same day, the victim K presented the physical card as described in the above paragraph (1) at the location described in the above paragraph (c) at around 21:59, and then, the victim obtained a delivery from the victim of a rice of 58,200 won at the market price, such as a 1 studio and a studio, respectively, and wrongfully used the lost credit card as above.
