Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around March 22, 2015, Defendant A and Defendant B co-principaled the two co-offenders in the Gyeonggi-si (hereinafter “Dju”) around March 3, 2015, under the influence of alcohol within the “Dju store” located in Gwangju-si (hereinafter “Dju”), and without placing an order, Defendant A and Defendant B carried out a body fighting, with a height of speech and text.

The Defendants continued to interfere with the victim's main duties by force by having the customers leave the disturbance within the 30-minutep house.

2. Defendant A destroyed a part of the victim E-owned F vehicle that was parked at a temporary location, such as the above paragraph (1), with a elbow.

3. Defendant B, who was carried on a police box for the reasons as set forth in the above paragraph (1) of this Article, continued to take a seat of the Defendant and take a bath for him, and destroyed the property that requires repair equivalent to 66,000 won at the market price by generating the core heating apparatus while avoiding disturbance.
