Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] On February 26, 1982, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at night in the Daegu District Court’s gender support, and was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Daegu District Court on November 27, 1987; on April 11, 1990, the Daegu High Court sentenced two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Daegu District Court on April 2, 1996; on June 13, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a special larceny at the Daegu District Court on June 13, 2007; on December 16, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for a special larceny at the Daegu District Court’s assistance; and attempted to commit the crime of larceny at the Daegu District Court on May 15, 2014.
[Criminal facts]
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;
A. On April 13, 2016, at around 21:00, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim C, in containers managed by the victim C at the Eth F Construction Site located adjacent to the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and then cut and stolen with property worth KRW 17,400,000 in total market prices, such as the victim’s 3 survey equipment, the hiver machine, the hiver machine, the hiver hiver, the hiver, the hiver hiver hiver, the hiver hiver hiver, the hiver hiver, and the hiver hiver hiver hiver hives.
