A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Night-time theft;

A. On August 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered the door of a building that was not set up for multi-household houses owned by the victim D in Cheongdong-gu, Cheongju-si; (b) one set of the victim’s market price owned by the victim, one set of 50,000 won, one set of 10,000 won at the market price owned by the victim, one set of 1,80,000 won at the market price; and (c) three set of 30,000 won at the market price.

B. On August 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered the entrance door of a building that was not locked for multi-household houses owned by the victim F in Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) one point for charging the market price of KRW 400,000,000,000 at the end of 22:00 to 24:00,000,000; (c) two points for other car in an amount equivalent to KRW 400,000,000,000,000 in the market price, one point for tools equivalent to KRW 20,000,000 in the market price; and (d) one point for monitoring in an amount equivalent to KRW 30,000,000 in the market price; and (e) one Hand, 1,60,000,000 in the tools and accessories equivalent to KRW 1,60,00,00 in the market price.

2. On August 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was newly constructed as “I” by the victim H located in Heung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Cheongju-si; (b) did not work at night at the construction site; (c) used a crepan in charge of management; (d) used a crepan in charge of management; and (e) stolen an article worth KRW 45,000, the market price of which was kept in custody inside the construction site by using the crepan in charge of management at night; and (e) stolen an article in the same way five times by the end of August 2016, including the list of crimes in the attached Table.
