A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2015 Highest 392] On January 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was in the beauty art room of the victim’s D operation in the Daang City Building on the part of Gaang City around 13:50 on January 26, 2015; (b) used the gaps in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (c) stolen it with the amount of KRW 500,000 at the 2 mobile phone market price owned by the victim.

The Defendant, including that, from around that time to March 16, 2015, stolen the total amount of KRW 5,570,000 of the victims' smartphones, etc. on seven occasions, as shown in the separate crime list.

[2015 Highest 534] On October 14, 2014, the Defendant entered the 'G' restaurant operated by the victim F (V, 51 years old) located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and stolen the Defendant with one mobile phone with a cell phone of 500,000 won and 10,000 won (50,000 won and 10,000 won (50,000 won) of the market price on the depositor located in the main entrance of the main entrance of the area.
