Defendant

A is engaged in agriculture, and the head of the D Village from April 1, 2007 to now, and the defendant B is a person who works as a director of E.

Private capital projects in 2009 are required to newly build a sewage terminal in the vicinity of the following city in order to purchase a site for a senior citizen center in the area of 6,367,500 won and to provide a subsidy of 100% of the city in order to build a senior citizen center in the area of this site from the following city in the following city in order to provide a subsidy of 114,367,500 won (subsidies of 108,000,000 and self-payment of 6,367,500 won).

The Defendants submitted a business plan to build a senior citizen center at the 99 square meters G in the following city in order to carry out the said construction work, and the Defendants were awarded a contract with the E Co., Ltd., in which Defendant B was employed as a director, and conspired to receive a subsidy and receive it as if they had much higher construction cost than the actual construction cost.

Defendants, in spite of having performed the above construction work at KRW 85,60,000,00 within the office of the Dolsan City, Nam-si, 60 on January 20, 2009, the Defendants, upon acceptance of the total construction cost of KRW 108,00,000 from E Co., Ltd., drafted and submit false construction contract documents, tax invoices, labor costs, and construction specifications, such as unrefilled construction cost, and documents related to construction work, by deceiving public officials in charge of He and Dolsan, and deceiving public officials, from January 23, 2009 to which they belong, by deceiving Dolsan-si, who are public officials in charge of He and Dolsan-si, and then deceiving Dol-si, from Dolsan-si

4. 1. 58,00,000 won in total on two occasions, including KRW 58,000,000,000, which was received by Defendant A’s Agricultural Cooperative Account Book (Account Number J), and 85,60,000 among them was used as the above construction cost and acquired the remainder of KRW 22,40,000.
