A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and three months.

The defendant pays 82,135,488 won to an applicant for compensation.

3.2

Punishment of the crime

From March 30, 2011, the Defendant, as a public official in charge of E and F of the victim-oriented viewing, was transferred from around June 2006 to the public official in charge of “G business,” and kept and managed a new passbook in the name of the YU, which includes subsidies and self-payment charges, and received subsidies from July 2008 to transfer the work of “H business,” and kept and manage the former North Korea-EF I (hereinafter “I”) and the Agricultural Cooperative under the name of the YU, including subsidies and self-payment charges, and was in charge of performing the work of paying the cost of the facilities, etc.

Upon receipt of an application for funds from the NAF merchants' Association related to "G business", the Defendant shall draft a document to withdraw the money in custody, obtain approval from the superior, and then use the subsidy with the official seal of the next markets on the new cooperation sales slips, and shall use the subsidy with the official seal of the next markets. In order to use the "H business" and the cost of the facilities, the Defendant shall use the subsidy with the official seal of the NAF E and the accounting official affixed with the official seal of the IF.

On November 23, 2012, around 13:49, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 22,188,000 to a new bank account in the name of the Defendant’s father, and used it for personal purposes, such as credit card payments and debt redemption, in the administrative support division under the pretext of expenditure for the completion of “G business” from the e-mail Credit Union; (b) around June 2012, the Defendant obtained the official seal of the e-mail market from the e-mail Credit Union; and (c) obtained the official seal of the e-mail market on the e-mail List; and (d) used it for personal purposes.

On December 7, 2012, 15:14, the Defendant kept sales slips with the official seal of 1,32-gil 32-gil, Hasan-ro, Hasan-ro, 1, and the official seal of the Association prior to November 30, 2012 from the female employees of the IF and kept for business purposes, while the Defendant kept the sales slips with the official seal of the IF, the following: (a) the official seal is the official seal of the IF E and the public official in charge of accounts kept for the books of the IF.
