A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 16, 2015, at around 21:48, the Defendant entered the female toilet located on the first floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul E commercial building into the female toilet with a view to taking a studio to take a studio by using a mobile phone camera function.

6. On November 23, 2015, at around 22:21, 2015, the Defendant entered the said female toilet with a room for female toilets for the purpose of photographing the gate with the cell phone function.
