A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 5, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspended sentence of one year for a violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Use and Screening of Cameras, etc.) in support of Sungnam branch of Suwon branch of Suwon branch of Korea on August 5, 2016 and became subject to registration of personal information after the judgment became final and conclusive on August 13, 20

1. If basic personal information, such as domicile, is changed, a person subject to obligation to submit changed information shall submit the details and reason for such change to the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from the date on which the reason for such change occurred;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not reside in his/her place of residence in Seongbuk-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and had his/her place of residence continuously moved to the actual place of residence in Chungcheong-si, Gyeonggi-si, Masan-si, Masan-si, Sinsan-si, etc. from February 25, 2019, and did not submit a modified information to the head of the police station having jurisdiction over his/her place of residence 20 days after the date on which the cause of the change occurred, without justifiable grounds, even though the fundamental personal information was changed, as he/she had been registered as an unknown person on February 26,

In addition, the defendant did not submit the changed information to the head of the police station having jurisdiction over the domicile without justifiable grounds, even though he newly opened the mobile phone in the name of the branch C on January 2, 2020 and changed E from the existing mobile phone number (D) to E.

2. A person subject to registration of personal information in violation of the obligation to take photographs shall attend the police office having jurisdiction over his/her domicile from the following year to December 31 of each year from the date on which the judgment ordering the registration of personal information becomes final and conclusive, and have the head of the police office keep and preserve in electronic records his/her permanent state, left-hand side, right-hand side, and telegraphic photo.

Nevertheless, the defendant is present at the police station having jurisdiction over his/her domicile from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 without good cause and photographs.
