A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes committed on April 21, 2016;

A. On April 21, 2016, the Defendant infringed on a structure, installed a small bromera to take pictures of women using the above toilets by intrusioning into the management of the said women’s toilet D apartment complex in Young-gu, Young-gu, Gicheon-gu, Gicheon-si, Gicheon-si, and cromera to view the form of the women using the above toilets.

B. Around April 21, 2016, the Defendant, on the grounds of violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (such as Kameras, etc.), taken a picture of her part, using a macker camera installed in the above female toilet on April 21, 2016.

2. Crimes committed on May 2, 2015;

A. On May 2, 2016, from around 09:00 to around 10:00, the Defendant installed a small bromera to take pictures of women using the above toilets by intrusioning into the female toilets column of the “Saeung-gu, Young-gu D apartment” management from around 09:0 to around 10:00.

B. On May 2, 2016, around 10:26, the Defendant, using a mermeras installed in the above female toilet, taken the macker’s macker E (a macker, macker, and 44 years old) to view the macker’s macker.

3. Crimes committed on May 3, 2015;

A. On May 3, 2016, from around 09:00 to around 10:00, the Defendant installed a small bromera to take pictures of women using the above toilets by intrusioning into the female toilets column of the “Saeung-gu, Young-gu D apartment” management from around 09:0 to around 10:00.

B. Around May 3, 2016, the Defendant, on the violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (such as Kameras, etc.), taken a picture of the victim E (a ambl, amb, 44 years old) using Mameras installed in the above female toilet on May 10, 2016.
