A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, through SNS sites such as “D” and other obscene materials, was illegally exposed to a call after watching obscene materials, and around March, 2017, intended to purchase a distribution-type camping camer via the Internet, and to have the appearance of female workers, who are not using toilets, installed in the 1st floor of the literature and society hall, the E University, and installed in the 1st female toilet of the E University.

On August 26, 2017, the Defendant, at around 08:00, failed to comply with the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras, etc.) (i.e., carcas, etc.), tried to photograph the body and urine of the female who used the toilet in the same manner as indicated in paragraph (1) at the same place as indicated above, and tried to take the scambling of the body and urine of the female who used the toilet.
