Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. X-type medication;

A. At around 01:00 on June 2, 2018, the Defendant administered “C” clubs located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, in a way that the volume of the MaDMA (hereinafter “EXP”) which is a psychotropic drug that was dryed from the French People, together with water.
