A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and a fine of three hundred thousand won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, money is made.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On September 9, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of road traffic law at the Changwon District Court on August 2015, and on May 20, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic law at the Changwon District Court on May 20, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 12, 2016, and thus the said suspended sentence was invalidated. On May 18, 2017, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking regulations on two or more occasions, including the termination of the execution of each of the above punishment.

[Criminal facts]

1. A crime committed on June 10, 201;

A. On June 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) in violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and violation of the Road Traffic Act (divated driving) driven C Corrodo-Ban car under the influence of alcohol 0.11% of alcohol concentration in blood without a driver’s license on the section of about 100 meters from the front of the Jindong Hospital located in the Jindong-gu, Jindong-gu, Jindong-gu, Jindong-si to the front day of the Jiningg-do in the same Ri, in around 100 meters.

B. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act: (a) operated a car owned by the Defendant, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, at the time and place specified in Article 1-1-A; and (b) the C Coindo-Ban car.

2. A crime committed on June 28, 2017;

A. On June 28, 2017, the Defendant was driving a 50cc off-registration without a motor device license in a section of approximately 1 km from the front day of the Gyeongdong-gu, Jindong-gu, Jindong-si to the front day of the new road in the same Ri, which is located in the same Ri.

B. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act: (a) operated the Defendant’s non-registered 50cc Oral c, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, at the time and place specified in Article 2-1(a).

3. A crime committed on August 4, 2017.

A. On August 4, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and the Road Traffic Act (drawing driving without a license) on the road located in the vicinity of the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si on August 22:45, 2017 to the front of the long-term long-term street in the city of Kimhae-si.
