Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On September 11, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a year by imprisonment with labor for a violation of road traffic laws at the Ulsan District Court on September 11, 2009. On April 29, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months by imprisonment with labor for the same crime at the Changwon District Court and completed the execution of the said sentence on October 27, 2014.
[Criminal facts]
1. On October 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 22:00 on the part of the Defendant, who obstructed the performance of special official duties; (b) driven a Clearning car while drinking alcohol; and (c) was at the entrance of “E hospital” located in Kim Sea D at Kim Sea; and (d) did so by drinking driving, etc.; and (c) was in mind to escape, as it did not exceed a long period of time when the Defendant was released from the prison.
