A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of four months and a fine of three hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 2, 2017, around 21:57, the Defendant: (a) intruded into D’s office located in Asan-si, Asan-si; (b) stolen, with three copies of the Plaintiff E-owned market price equivalent to KRW 250,00,00 in total, the victim E-owned on his/her book, one back-to-date; (c) one back-date; and (d) one back-to-date; and (d) three national technical qualification certificates.

2. On September 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in the house math of Asan CityF on September 2, 2017; and (b) cut off the wall 100,000 won of the market price owned by the victim G, which was kept in front of the front of the math of the math; and (c) cut off the wall.

3. On January 15, 2018, the Defendant infringed upon a residence: (a) opened a stairs door that was not set up in the house of the victim I located in Asan-si, Asan-si; and (b) opened on the rooftop, the Defendant invadedd the victim I’s residence.

4. A foreigner staying in the Republic of Korea in violation of the Immigration Control Act shall carry at any time his/her passport, seafarer identification certificate, foreigner entry permission, foreigner registration certificate or landing permission.

The defendant did not carry a passport, etc. at the time and place specified in the above paragraph 3.
