Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 14, 2017, from around 16:20 to 17:20, the Defendant visited C, an Internet gambling site opened by a person in the name in the Obscambi city B, and received 200,000 won from the bank account under the name of the Defendant to the new bank account in the name of DNC, Inc., the deposit account of the said site, and received a charge for gambling. The Defendant selected one of the banks and gamblings, and the sum of the last two pages of the card of the selected bank and gambling. If the sum of the card’s two pages is more than 9, the Defendant determined “one’s gambling” by means of a flusium, where the sum of the card’s two pages was not refunded to 9.

Any person who stays in the Republic of Korea shall always carry a passport, etc. (a passport, a seafarer identification certificate, a foreigner entry permit, a foreigner registration certificate, or a landing permit), and present a passport, etc. upon request by an immigration control official or competent public official for presentation of a passport, etc. in connection with his/her performance of duties;

Nevertheless, even though the defendant was requested by the police officer D, a police officer belonging to the police station in the Sungdong-dong Police Station, to present a passport, etc., who was sent to the site after being reported 112 while gambling at the place specified in paragraph (1) as a Chinese national foreigner, the defendant did not possess a passport, etc. at that time, and did not present a passport, etc.
