Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 1137"

1. 1. On February 23, 2017, the Defendant did not present a passport, etc. even though the Defendant received a request to present an identification card from a police officer called out after receiving a report from J and 112 before Ansan-si, Masan-si.
