On July 9, 2012, A was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for a crime of fraud, etc. at the Sungnam branch of Suwon District Court on November 30, 2012, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 30, 2012, Defendant B was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment for a crime of fraud, etc. at the same court on November 16, 2012, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 28, 2013.
[2012 high-class 5825] The Korea Land and Housing Corporation: (a) on January 31, 2006, developed a site of 6,788,000 square meters in Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul; (b) on January 31, 2006, the main purpose of which is to build the apartment houses of 46,000 households, etc.; (c) designated and publicly announced the area as a planned area for the housing site development project of the above zone as a planned area for the housing development project; and (d) as part of the relocation and living measures of the above zone, on January 31, 2005, one year prior to the date of the first public announcement, as the tenants who resided in an unauthorized house located in the above zone from before the beginning of compensation to the date of the first public announcement, paid a right to occupy a national rental housing with an area of 60 square meters or less; and (d) on January 31, 2006, the above public announcement date of the first public announcement to pay a site for sale.
