Punishment of the crime

[2012 high-class 445] The premise fact: (a) on January 31, 2006, the Korea Land and Housing Corporation: (b) developed a site of 6,788,000 square meters (2,053,000 square meters) in Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul; (c) and (d) designated and publicly announced the area as a planned area for housing site development projects of the above zone; (d) as part of the relocation and living measures of the above zone; (e) on January 31, 2005, one year prior to the date of the first public announcement, tenants who resided in the house located in the above project without permission from the date of the first public announcement of compensation; (e) paid the right of occupancy of national rental housing with an exclusive use area of less than 60 square meters to persons who have removed the house in accordance with the above project; and (e) paid a business operator or a person who paid a business operator of at least 200 square meters of livestock or more than 270 square meters of the above site without permission (the first public announcement date of compensation.

Defendant A and L, who became aware of the above circumstances, from March 207, paid money and valuables to the owners of land, owners of facilities on the land, and lessees in the above housing site development zone, and installed a number of boxes as if each owner and lessee were to take advantage of a panel, etc. in a plastic house with the permission of each owner and lessee to take advantage of a panel, etc. in a plastic house or ordinarily take a sponsing business. Using this, Defendant A and L, upon purchasing a bank, stable, or sprink, etc. established through intermediate seller, such as real estate brokers and branchmen, would sell the bank, stable, or sprink by deceiving the Korea Land and Housing Corporation as if they would normally take occupancy rights of national rental housing or a commercial site from the Korea Land and Housing Corporation, and thereafter, an application for compensation to the Korea Land and Housing Corporation under their names.
