Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On June 29, 2004, the Korea Land and Housing Corporation developed land of 11,202 m20 m2 (528,000 m2) in Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do, 400 m2 (including Chonam-dong 400 m2) in Gyeonggi-do, and publicly announced for public inspection of the designation of a planned area for housing site development project with 11,202 households for constructing multi-family housing and detached houses. As part of the relocation and living measures in the above district, the Korea Land and Housing Corporation made a public announcement for public inspection of the intended area for housing site development project with 11,202 households. From March 28, 2004 to the first date of the above public announcement, the owner or tenant who resided in a house (including an unauthorized house, etc.) in the above project and who is removed pursuant to the project shall pay a national rental housing right of 60 m2 or less m20 m2 in addition to the compensation for obstacles, etc. to the above public announcement.

The Defendant, who became aware of the foregoing circumstances, purchased a bank installed in a plastic house located in the 400 Sinnam-dong, Chonnam-dong, Sinung-do, from C, which is a broker specialized in the transaction of “brea-do” land, even though the Defendant’s father B did not meet the requirements for acquiring a right to move into a rental house, and had been able to obtain a compensation for obstacles and a right to move into a rental house paid by the Korea Land and Housing Corporation as if B had been residing there from this point before,

The Defendant in collusion with C and D for the violation of the Act on the Acquisition of Land, etc. for Public Works and the Compensation Therefor, and was established in the vicinity of the plastic house established in Chonam-dong 400, Chonam-dong, Sinung-dong on September 5, 207, and the fact that B had resided in the above place before January 18, 2007, which is the public announcement of the project approval for the said wooden housing development zone.
