Punishment of the crime

1. On May 9, 2015, Defendants of the joint crime committed by the Defendants: (a) around 23:00, at the “F cafeteria” located in Daegu-gun E; (b) Defendant A driven a G string vehicle under the influence of alcohol; and (c) Defendant B, while being on the top of the steering of the said vehicle, was informed of the occurrence of an accident at which the vehicle was faced with the Indian threshold, he would receive the insurance money by accepting the report as if Defendant B had been aware that the accident while driving the said vehicle was caused while driving the vehicle.

According to the above plan, Defendant A received the occurrence of an accident by telephone to the designer of the insurance company of Korea-Japan Non-Life Insurance Co., Ltd., and Defendant B sent to the site to the employee of the victim company who was called to the site “In the event of an accident while driving the G sports vehicle in Korea.”

"Around July 28, 2015, by receiving an accident, the owner of the vehicle claimed insurance proceeds of KRW 32,958,6840,000 for the cost of repair of the vehicle, and the victim paid KRW 31,40,000 to the Central Moter Co., Ltd. that accepted the Defendant's vehicle.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to induce the victim and let the central mother corporation, a third party, deliver the property.

2. When an accident occurred while driving under the influence of alcohol at the time and place described in the above paragraph (1), as described in the above paragraph (1), Defendant A was accompanied by the chief of the police officer in order to conceal the Defendant’s driving of alcohol.

B referred to as “N's vehicle driving.”, “B made a false statement.”

Thus, the above B caused an accident to the police officer I who called to the place around that time while driving Genz vehicles.

After making a false statement, the defendant was prevented from measuring drinking alcohol.

Accordingly, the defendant is subject to a fine or heavier punishment.
