1. Defendant A, C, D, and E co-principal Defendants conspired to receive insurance proceeds by reporting as if they were traffic accidents with AB, AC, and E by falsity.
Accordingly, around April 12, 2006, Defendant C received false insurance accidents with the content that “AD coke vehicle was driven on the road in the direction of Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and contacted AE options vehicle operated by A while driving, around 23:00” from the victim Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd.
The Defendants, AB, and AC received total of KRW 9,454,190 from the victim from April 17, 2006 to the 19th day of the same month in terms of treatment expenses, repair expenses, and agreement.
2. Defendant A and B conspired to receive insurance proceeds by reporting as if the traffic accident occurred falsely.
Accordingly, around December 12, 2010, Defendant B received a false insurance accident with the content that “AF AF car is moving back on the roads adjacent to the Sungdong-dong 1, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, as it takes place at around 20:23, December 12, 2010, Defendant B received a traffic accident.”
As seen above, the Defendants were delivered KRW 35,954,300,000, in total, from December 15, 201 to February 14, 201, for repair costs and agreements, from around December 15, 2010 to the victim.
3. Defendant A and F co-principal Defendants conspired to receive insurance proceeds by reporting the occurrence of a traffic accident with AB by falsity.
Accordingly, around March 13, 2011, Defendant F is receiving AG benz vehicles owned by A who is parked while driving a H benp vehicle on the Rasung-dong in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on March 13, 2011 or on the roads in the nearby one-way road and driving a H benp vehicle on the Rasung-dong in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and driving it on the AH benz vehicle.
